Seamless online service booking integration.
A BRIEF FROM TOYOTA IN 2019
A two-week sprint to integrate current online service booking onto .COM that allows all Toyota guests to complete service booking with ease.
Conscious that there are currently two existing online booking service experiences (myToyota app and dealer websites). We are using these two existing experiences as guide rails to fully integrate OSB into .com for both authenticated and unauthenticated guests.
